The house located in high elevation has an exceptional view of the city of San Francisco and the Golden gate bridge. The road to Tiburan is by the bridge ending in Sausalito, a very modern European culture small town with a panoramic road ending in Tiburan, an expensive residential community with very few large lots for residential buildings.

This project was completed in about six months.

The owner after discussing his needs briefly with the architect, did not in any way interfere during the construction. The house has two guest’s bedrooms with separate

bathrooms in the lower garden level.

have a private entrance to the guest’s bedrooms. One bedroom has a play area for the children and a master bed with seating area and a master bathroom in two

sections for him and her.

An open and decorative large circular staircase in the center that extends from the dining room to the first floor living room is the main architectural element of the house.

The house has an entrance from the upper road to the day living area dining and living room and another entrance at lower level under a covered corridor, with a place for parking several cars and access to the kitchen.

An exceptional garden extending from the front of the house to the two sides links a secondary entrance from the street to a covered area for parking the cars.
