Rezaieh TV Center Plans

Center for Production and Broadcasting with Photo Lab and Administration offices.

The building was designed and executed in 1968.

​

The project was completed within budget and predicted time schedule.

​

The usable area is 1350 sq.m.

​

The structure in R.C. thin shells consisted of Four P.H. (Parabolic – hyperbolic) with four points of anchor to the soil.

The raw brick work is used as part of the main architectural elements.

​

Due to the stony soil, the architect suggested the use of Jack hammers instead of explosives for excavation.

The use of the naturally available stone har- vested by the Jackhammer for landscaping and curbs become a very Pleasant solution.
